, JAKARTA — PT Intiland Development Tbk akan melanjutkan pembangunan proyek South Quarter tahap kedua dengan membangun Residence High Rise di lahan dan lokasi yang sama dengan South Quarter tahap pertama yang telah dirilis.

“SQ tahap 2 Grand Launching di semester kedua dan mulai dibangun tahun depan,” tutur Direktur PT Intiland Development Tbk, Archied Noto Pradono pada Bisnis Rabu (3/7/2019).

South Quarter yang terletak di kawasan premium Pondok Indah dan Fatmawati ini adalah salah satu proyek milik Intiland yang berfungsi sebagai perkantoran, apartemen, sekaligus ritel. Karena minat yang besar, pihaknya mulai membangun SQ tahap kedua.

Archied mengatakan bahwa posisi South Quarter yang sangat strategis menjadi daya tarik yang kuat bagi masyarakat yang bekerja di sekitar Fatmawati dan Pondok Indah. Sehingga, saat ini nomor pesanan (NUP) yang telah terdaftar untuk kalangan terbatas telah dibuka.

Proyek South Quarter kedua rencananya disegmentasikan untuk kalangan menengah ke atas dengan luas 45.000 meter persegi dengan kurang lebih 21 lantai yang terdiri dari 600 unit.

Di sisi lain, pada semester kedua 2019 Intiland juga berencana untuk melakukan pembangunan akses Moda Raya Terpadu (MRT) di South Quarter TB Simatupang Jakarta Selatan serta di Intiland Tower Sudirman.

“Optimistis kalau kedua akses ini bisa dibuka akan semakin banyak masyarakat yang beralih ke moda transportasi ini,” tuturnya.

Sekretaris Perusahaan PT Intiland Development Tbk, Theresia Rustandi menambahkan bahwa pembukaan akses di South Quarter dapat dilaksanakan dengan membangun skybridge serta stasiun baru mengingat jarak dari stasiun Fatmawati ke Lebak Bulus masih terlalu jauh.

Menurut Theresia lahan di Sout Quarter siap untuk dimanfaatkan apalagi di kawasan tersebut sudah tersedia lahan parkir termasuk di dalamnya terdapat mal sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan pengguna MRT nantinya.
